Many of you who read my blog daily know that I love Ash's blog, Ash is Fit. She has been on a weight lost journey as well and it about 20 pounds from reaching her 100 pound mark. For the last few pounds she's decided to make this 20 pounds in 20 weeks challenge and has invited anyone to join in with her! She's a Jillian lover as well and uses her DVD's.
