Step 2- 20/20

Step 2 is setting goals:

Ash recommends making a visual chart to track the progress we are making so here is my chart:

Our first weigh in is Friday March 20th. This will be my starting weight. Every Friday from then on, will be weigh in day for the next 20 weeks.

I am going to have a 10 lb. reward, and a 20 lb. reward.

My -10lb reward is going to be a new outfit from anywhere!

My -20lb reward is a weekend in Maine with the hubby!
